DESIGN
Land Logic Group’s design services include master site designs, land development site plans, the facilitation of the site plan approvals, streetscape designs, low impact stormwater management designs, and ADA compliant curb ramp designs. Our design approach is based on a philosophy of collaboration among project partners – developers, engineers, citizens, government officials, architects, environmentalists and historians – to design projects that help build viable community enhancing neighborhoods and improve the quality of life. During the conceptual stage, we strive to educate and involve the public in the development of a conceptual plan, particularly if the project envisions a non-conventional design such as mixed use development. Public presentations and hands-on design workshops are among the tools used to take a project from vision to concept to design and final implementation.
