Senior Project Manager

Land Logics Group is an exciting and growing consulting and construction firm with a reputation for excellence in community and pedestrian facilities planning and design. We are currently recruiting a project manager/designer for our Camp Hill, Pennsylvania office. Our work includes a wide variety of projects at the local and state level -- including roadway, bikeway, stormwater and pedestrian facility design; expert training with State DOT's on non-motorized transportation issues, federal research, and a wide variety of master planning projects for local and regional governments with primary work focus in Pennsylvania.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture or related field and is a licensed PE. The candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in design and project management focused on complete streets design, 2 to 3 years experience in construction, excellent oral and written communication skills, and experience managing both design and construction projects related to the development of transportation enhancement projects including construction documents using Computer Aided Design (AutoCAD, Vectorworks). Construction experience with PennDOT and knowledge of GIS technologies a big plus.

Your responsibilities will include oversight of mid-level staff, job cost tracking, trouble-shooting, client relations, and some project estimating and proposal preparation. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, has an entrepreneurial spirit, is hardworking and desires to work in a small multi-disciplinary team environment.
