Sally B. Holbert, RLA, LLG Principal
Sally B. Holbert is a Pennsylvania registered landscape architect with over 20 plus years of experience in land use planning and community development ranging from small residential properties to large highway construction projects. Ms. Holbert is a skilled communicator and uses her energy and enthusiasm to serve her clients' needs whether facilitating public participation workshops for land use planning and community development projects or seeking approvals for land development from municipal boards. She has a strong can-do attitude in all elements of work that she pursues and is accustomed to and comfortable with high energy and emotionally charged audiences. |

Todd Aunkst, PLS
Todd Aunkst is a registered Professional Land Surveyor in Pennsylvania with over twenty years of survey experience. Mr. Aunkst offers diverse skills in all facets of land surveying including: land development design, computations and plans, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, on-lot septic system plans, construction stake-out, programming of instruments and data collection software, and legal description composition. His field skills involve boundary and topographic surveys, construction stake-out surveys, static GPS/geodetic surveys, highway/bridge surveys, mountain ground surveys, government property surveys, and leveling surveys. |

Matthew Chambers
Matt Chambers is a professional land surveyor with specialized training in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and land use planning. His experience in surveying includes boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision surveys, construction staking and GPS applications. A graduate of Michigan State University and former resident of North Carolina, Matt brings out-of-state experiences to LLG's work in land surveying and design. |

Pat Devlin
Pat Devlin is an environmental planner whose professional services include the integration of natural resource management and land use planning, the evaluation of land use policies and regulations, meeting facilitation, strategic planning, technical writing, article and grant writing, public engagement, and overall project facilitation. Ms. Devlin's experience in working with conservation non-profit organizations, government agencies, and the private sector over the past 20 years helps to bring a balanced approach to every project she undertakes. |

David Foster, Ph. D.
David K. Foster, Ph.D., is a forest ecologist with vast knowledge of the natural world. A college professor, Dr. Foster's passion for learning takes him outside the classroom into practical real-world applications of forest ecology. He is a valued team member for his ability to translate a project's often complex scientific findings and communicating these findings in a manner that is understandable to a lay audience or to non-technical project partners. Dr. Foster's skills as a scientist and educator help to shed light and reach consensus on controversial or complex issues. |

Robb Garis
Robb Garis provides valuable survey and design support to LLG’s survey and construction divisions. Proficient in AutoCAD and a number of other survey software tools, Mr. Garis assists in the creation of design drawings for ADA compliant curb ramps, sidewalks, and curbs. He’s a team player who helps ensure the high quality of LLG’s design and survey work. |

John C. Holbert
John C. Holbert brings 20 plus years of experience in Business Development and Construction Management in the technology and construction industries. His experience spans work with Fortune 500 companies as well as several start-up ventures. During his career, Mr. Holbert has managed large and small groups of employees and has had responsibilities for overall organization management, business development, product development, personnel recruitment and development, and project management. An ability and interest to apply new technology to old problems has given John the ability to rise to any occasion or challenge. |

Ed Lupyak, RLA
Ed Lupyak is a registered professional landscape architect in Pennsylvania with 15 years of experience in land use consulting and site design. Ed has had the opportunity to work in many aspects of planning, land development and the public process in central Pennsylvania. He has travelled extensively throughout the United States and has worked on projects from Maine to California. The breadth of his project history ranges from designing garden plans for 400 square-foot backyards to managing the design and construction for multi-acre residential and commercial projects.

Dave Love brings over 25 years experience in the construction field as LLG’s Construction Manager. Mr. Love has managed projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic states providing estimating and project management services in utility, electrical and concrete construction. Mr. Love oversees LLG’s projects involving the construction of ADA-compliant curb ramps, sidewalks and other specialty concrete installations. |
